On this episode of Monday Mornings with Dr. Mona I answer two questions.

1. A mom of a 21-month old who has questions about thumb sucking and how to navigate/stop the habit

2.  A mom who has a 3 year old and has a question about meal-times. They don’t pressure at meals, but their daughter tends to eat all of her safe or preferred food, doesn’t touch the non-preferred foods, and asks for seconds of the preferred foods. She’s wondering how to navigate this.

Tune in to hear me answer these questions.
