Raising kids can feel overwhelming. I’m here to help you find the confidence and calm you need — so you can feel clearer, more connected, and more at ease in everyday life with kids.

Parents and caregivers come to me with the same questions and the same worries — about sleep, feeding, tantrums, development, illness, and all the noise online that makes it hard to know what’s real.
Is my baby eating enough?
Why is my toddler having so many meltdowns?
Do I really need to worry about that viral headline?
I became a mom in 2019 to my son Ryaan and again in 2023 to my daughter Vera.
I felt the same doubts and worries so many new parents and caregivers face.
It changed me as a doctor.
Now I know the real questions so many of us carry are:
perfect parenting is about control. Real parenting is about connection.
She doesn’t speak textbook. She speaks textbook & mom.
Nobody leaves the hospital with a manual on how to be a parent or caregiver.
The classes you take before bringing your baby home usually cover the basics — how to swaddle, how to change a diaper. But they don’t prepare you for the worry, the exhaustion, or the constant second-guessing that comes with caring for a child.
They don’t tell you how overwhelming it feels when your baby won’t sleep, or how confusing it is when your toddler starts testing every boundary. And they definitely don’t tell you how isolating it feels to wonder if you’re the only one struggling.
Here’s the truth:
And yet, when we’re unsure or overwhelmed, most of us reach for our phones at 2 a.m., scroll through endless advice, and land in a sea of opinions that often makes us feel worse.
The problem?
There’s too much misguided parenting advice online — and not enough clear, science-backed guidance you can actually trust.
That’s why I created this space: to cut through the noise, answer your real questions, and remind you that you don’t have to do this alone.
Whether you’re new to this or have been at it for years, families value the insights
I share as both a doctor and a parent.
They appreciate the behind-the-scenes perspective as I navigate life with my own kids
— and I hope you will too.
